What Is Arhatic Yoga?
Arhatic Yoga® is a comprehensive system of spiritual practices that anyone can follow on a regular basis to accelerate spiritual evolution and union with their Divine Nature.
The flyer makes one point about it that deserves to be central to the page rather than buried: the system is built as a simple, step-by-step progression that mainstream people can use to develop spiritually while maintaining a healthy family and career.
That is the whole proposition. It is not a monastic path and it does not ask anyone to leave their life. For a Bangkok professional weighing up a serious spiritual practice, it is the most reassuring and the most distinctive thing on the flyer. Lead with it.

Arhatic Yoga Is Not a Physical Yoga Class
Say this early and say it plainly.
Arhatic Yoga is a system of meditation and spiritual practice. It is not a studio class, there are no asana sequences to attend weekly, and it is not a fitness or flexibility course. The flyer describes it as synthesising the key techniques and principles of six yogas, including simplified Hatha Yoga - into a step-by-step system of practices.
It also sits behind three prerequisite courses, so it is not something a beginner can drop into.
The Six Yogas Arhatic Yoga Draws On
Arhatic Yoga synthesises the key techniques and principles of six traditions into one step-by-step system:
Arhatic Yoga and the World Religions
Arhatic Yoga® explains many of the deeper spiritual truths of the World Religions. The brochure above is explicit that it does not contradict them, instead it aims to empower the practitioner by opening up the inner truths that religions' founders often revealed only to their inner circle of disciples.
What Is the Preparatory Level?
The Preparatory Level is the first Arhatic Yoga course and the prerequisite for Arhatic Yoga Level 1 and Beyond.
Who Is Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level For?
Practitioners who have completed both Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul and Pranic Psychotherapy.
In practice that is someone three courses deep who has done both the healing work and the self-realisation work, and wants a structured daily spiritual practice rather than more technique.
It suits people who want to:
-
Take up a regular, structured spiritual practice rather than occasional courses
-
Continue into Arhatic Yoga Level 1 and Beyond
-
Reach Kriyashakti, which this course gates
-
Understand the inner teachings the system draws out of the world religions
-
Develop spiritually without stepping away from family or career
Eligibility
Both Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul and Pranic Psychotherapy.
Prerequisites - The Full Path to Arhatic Yoga
Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level requires two courses: Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul and Pranic Psychotherapy.
Achieving Oneness needs no prerequisite. Pranic Psychotherapy needs Advanced Pranic Healing, which needs Basic Pranic Healing.

Four courses before this one.
Because Achieving Oneness With the Higher Soul needs no prerequisite, take it early. It can be completed at any point - before Level 1 if you like - which removes one of the two requirements long before it is needed and leaves only the healing sequence to work through.

What Comes After the Preparatory Level
The Preparatory Level opens two courses.
Both are gated by this course and nothing else reaches them. That makes the Preparatory Level the most structurally important course in the upper curriculum — it is the only door to the final third of the path.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Arhatic Yoga?
Arhatic Yoga is a comprehensive system of spiritual practices developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, followed on a regular basis to accelerate spiritual evolution and union with one's Divine Nature. It synthesises key techniques and principles of Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga, simplified Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga into a step-by-step system.
Is Arhatic Yoga a physical yoga class?
No. It is a system of meditation and spiritual practice, not a studio or asana class. The Hatha Yoga element the system draws on is described on the flyer as simplified.
What are the prerequisites for Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level?
Two courses: Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul, and Pranic Psychotherapy.
How many courses do I need before Arhatic Yoga?
Four: Basic Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, and Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul.
Can I take Arhatic Yoga as a beginner?
No. It requires four prior courses. If you are starting from nothing, begin with Basic Pranic Healing Level 1 or Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul — both need no prerequisite, and Achieving Oneness is one of the two requirements for this course, so taking it first is the efficient route.
How long is the course?
Two days, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Does Arhatic Yoga conflict with my religion?
The flyer states that Arhatic Yoga does not contradict the world religions and that it aims to explain their deeper spiritual truths and the inner teachings their founders shared with close disciples.
Why Learn at Saksit Meditation and Healing Centre?
Saksit teaches the full Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui curriculum in Bangkok — nineteen courses across three tracks, from the Level 1 foundation course through to Arhatic Yoga.
That the Arhatic Yoga courses are taught here at all is the differentiator. Most centres teach the healing levels; carrying the path to its end is a smaller group. Say it, once, without inflating it.
