Saksit Meditation and Healing Centre is a Pranic Healing school in Bang Rak, Bangkok, Thailand.
We teach the structured curriculum developed into its modern form by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, alongside Meditation on Twin Hearts, healing sessions and related spiritual-development programmes.
Our courses are designed for both people taking their first step into Pranic Healing and students continuing through the advanced curriculum.
What Is Saksit?
Saksit is a place to learn, practise and progress within the Pranic Healing system.
Our main focus is education.
Rather than offering only individual workshops, the curriculum is structured into courses with defined levels and prerequisites. What you learn in one course provides a foundation for the next.

The Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui Curriculum
Pranic Healing was developed into its modern form by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, who organised energy-work principles into a structured and teachable system.
At Saksit, students can progress through the curriculum from introductory courses into more advanced training.

Many courses have prerequisites, which means students can build their knowledge progressively rather than treating every course as an isolated workshop.
Our Approach to Learning
Structured. Progressive. Practical.
We believe the value of the curriculum comes from its structure.
Courses are generally delivered over one or two days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and many advanced courses require previous training.
This creates a progression:
Learn the foundations → practise → continue to the next level → develop into more advanced areas.
For someone completely new to the system, Basic Pranic Healing Level 1 is the usual starting point.
For someone primarily interested in self-realisation and meditation, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul provides another entry point.
The right course therefore depends on where you are starting and what you want to explore.
What we Offer in Bangkok?
Saksit provides three main ways to participate.
Courses
Structured Pranic Healing, prosperity and spiritual-development courses, from beginner level through advanced study.
Meditation
Meditation on Twin Hearts sessions are available at the centre, with no course required to attend.
Healing Sessions
Pranic Healing sessions are available separately from the courses. Sessions involve no physical contact and no drugs, and no previous training is required.
