If you are new to the curriculum, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul is one of the courses you can start with without previous training.
Where Do You Start?
Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul
A two-day course in self-realisation and meditation.
No previous Pranic Healing course or experience is required, and anyone aged 16 or over can attend.
The course explores questions such as:

How can I develop greater inner peace and satisfaction?
It is particularly suitable for people who want to explore meditation, self-understanding and spiritual development rather than begin with healing techniques.

Which Spirituality Course Is Right for You?
I'm completely new to the curriculum
Start with Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul.
It requires no previous course or experience and is open to anyone aged 16 or over.
I've completed Basic Pranic Healing
You can explore Om Mani Padme Hum, which requires Basic Pranic Healing.
You can also continue through the wider curriculum towards the advanced spiritual pathway.
I want to progress towards Arhatic Yoga
The Preparatory Level requires both:
